You do not need to fill out this form if you purchased your product from us directly (empiricallabs.com) or if you have the product you are registering already in the My Products section of your account.

Why would I register my purchase from a third party seller?

Your account will show that you are an owner of our plugins and you may be eligible for future discounts. Also, the plugin(s) you register will be listed in the My Products section of your account.

What happens when I fill out this form?

Fill out the form below to verify your purchase of either of our software products from a third-party reseller. Once approved, you will receive an email with an order for a “Verified Purchase” of the product you have listed below. Only purchases from certified digital resellers qualify for registering a verified purchase to your account.

What is a Verified Purchase?

A Verified Purchase is a representation of a purchase of a full license for one our products.

What qualifies for a Verified Purchase?

Purchases from authorized digital resellers who provide a perpetual license qualify for a Verified Purchase registration.  We ask for your iLok account name so we can check the license(s) in your account and verify that they are full perpetual licenses and not subscriptions, NFRs, or expiring licenses. An invoice from your purchase and the activation code your received will help speed up the process for us, but is optional.

What does not qualify?

Subscriptions, trials, transfers, not for resale licenses and purchases from unauthorized resellers do not qualify for a verified purchase registration. This includes promotional licenses from Mix with the Masters. See our Software Policies for more information.

When will I see the Verified Purchase in my account?

Since we process these requests manually, it may take anywhere between 1 – 5 business days to get a response. We try to expedite these requests during sale periods.
