Why Buy From a Local Dealer?

Empirical Labs provides a generous Warranty on all their products, but we use our dealer network to help service their local customers.  If you live in Germany for instance, and you buy from a nearby dealer but have a problem, we can often swap out your unit through the dealer, especially if repairs start to take a lot of time.  But if you bought it from an American dealer and had it shipped to you, we cannot provide that option as no local dealer was involved, nor profited by the sale and therefore will not be willing to do such a generous, but costly exchange of products.
